Employees, codes, and roles
Each person in a company has a unique personnel code used to log in. Roles are company admin or employee (platform super-admins sit outside a company). Users can be deactivated so they stop punching without erasing history.
There is no visual org-chart product. Do not expect department trees that are not in the app. Headcount is limited by the subscription plan.

Codes identify a user on the platform. Follow your admin’s issued code; QR still checks company id.
No dedicated hierarchy module ships today.
