Terms of service

The service

HazeriFy provides multi-tenant attendance software: web panels, a QR check-in page, and an Android app. We may change features, as long as paid plan limits that you already bought remain honored until the subscription period ends or we give reasonable notice.

Accounts

The company admin is responsible for employee codes, SSID configuration, and lawful use of attendance data. Do not share admin passwords. Inactive companies may lose access to the paid panel until the subscription is restored; Starter remains available within its limits.

Plans and payment

Starter is free within published limits. Paid plans are billed through the enabled gateways. Taxes and currency conversion follow the checkout you see. Chargebacks or abuse can suspend a company.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, scrape other tenants’ data, or use QR tokens you do not own. Do not present unpublished items (SSO, GPS geofence, iOS app) as if we guaranteed them.

Limitation of liability

Attendance records depend on phones, WiFi names, and admin edits. We are not liable for payroll disputes, missed punches caused by a renamed SSID, or device OS restrictions. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months where allowed by law.
