The company stores its office WiFi name (SSID). When an employee phone joins that network, the Android app can send a check-in. Leaving the network can send a check-out. Matching is against the SSID, not the router MAC / BSSID.
A radius field can be saved on the company, but office coordinates and enforcement are not shipped. Do not buy HazeriFy expecting live GPS tracking.
