Information we collect

Companies provide organization details and employee records: name, personnel code, role, work calendar, and optional avatars. Attendance events include date and time in the work-calendar timezone, source (WiFi/app, manual, queued, QR, or admin), and sometimes an uploaded photo on QR check-in. The Android app may send the WiFi SSID and device tokens for push notifications.

Location and GPS

The current production attendance path does not rely on continuous GPS tracking. A check-in radius can be stored but is not fully enforced as geofencing. We do not sell location streams.

How we use data

We provide attendance recording, HR dashboards, leave workflow, PDF reports, billing, and service notifications. Data for a company is isolated by company id; employees of company A cannot punch on company B’s QR token.

Sharing

Attendance is visible to that company’s admins. Payment gateways (for example Zarinpal, Ziina, Stripe) receive what they need to charge a subscription. Hosting, email, and push providers process data under their contracts. We disclose data if required by law.

Retention and rights

Companies control employee records. You may request access or deletion subject to labor-record duties. Contact hello@hazerify.com.

Children

The service is for workplace attendance, not for children under 18.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes. Continued use after an update means the new text applies.
